Emily’s journey with TechNET began nearly a decade ago when she joined as a newcomer to the recruitment field. Over the years, she has proven herself as a seasoned recruiter and top biller, successfully leading her own team of 360 consultants. Her remarkable achievements include the establishment of TechNET CxO, our Executive Search brand, from the ground up, demonstrating her exceptional understanding of senior hires and leading a specialist team.

Throughout her tenure, Emily has been an indispensable asset to the company, not only professionally but personally as well. While managing her own team and excelling in her role, she seamlessly balanced the joys and challenges of becoming a first-time mother and working parent. She has overcome barriers, paving the way for future generations of women in recruitment.

Moreover, Emily’s contributions to the company extend beyond her role as a recruiter. She introduced vital initiatives such as objection handling workshops, which have become an integral part of our agency’s success. Emily has also been instrumental in upskilling the entire agency and the wider group in search mentality and methods, skilfully integrating these practices into mid-level and general recruitment processes.

Even during her maternity leave, Emily’s dedication and passion for her role were evident. Her management track was just taking off, with her team flourishing and generating excellent revenue. Despite various factors pulling her in different directions, Emily maintained her exceptional personal performance, unwavering commitment, and adherence to individual standards while effectively leading her team. Her ability to balance personal accomplishments and leadership responsibilities sets a shining example for all managers within our organisation.
