One of the many ways that we celebrate our High Achievers is with quarterly Lunch Clubs. Most recently we enjoyed a swanky lunch and a lot of Champagne at the Chef’s table at Gordan Ramsay’s Restaurant.

Health & Wellness

We offer a fantastic healthcare benefit through AXA which provides private health cover, as well as confidential mental health support, free private GP appointments and the ability to earn points for other benefits through exercise.

Private Health Insurance

Our team’s wellness is important to us, so everybody who has passed probation is enrolled on AXA. Covering a number of benefits across medical, dental, optical, as well as some fun perks like spa stays, cinema and coffees.

Time Off

Hybrid working model with 4 ½ day working week – if the team is on target then all take Friday afternoons off. We offer our employees that have a year or more service with us the chance to work remotely anywhere within a three hour time zone for a month. One month Paternity fully paid and six months Maternity fully paid after two years’ service. One day per year added to your annual leave allowance up to a total of 30 days.
