One of the many ways that we celebrate our High Achievers is with quarterly Lunch Clubs. Most recently we enjoyed a swanky lunch and a lot of Champagne at the Chef’s table at Gordan Ramsay’s Restaurant.

Time Off
Hybrid working model with 4 ½ day working week – if the team is on target then all take Friday afternoons off. We offer our employees that have a year or more service with us the chance to work remotely anywhere within a three hour time zone for a month. One month Paternity fully paid and six months Maternity fully paid after two years’ service. One day per year added to your annual leave allowance up to a total of 30 days.
